He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Phillips and Joanna Phillips (Howe); his son Nic; his sister-in-law Mary Rose; his aunt Jocene; his uncles, Ben, Bob P. and Bob H.; and his nephew Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer (Cressler); his children, Tara Phillips (Scott) and Shawn Phillips (Maggie); his grandchildren, Maleia Powell and Hannah Powell; his brothers, Greg Phillips (Jeannie) and Mike Phillips; his nieces and nephews, Wade, Mitch, Mindy and Jody; his aunts, Mary Jane, Geneva and Vonda; his uncle Doyle; his parents-in-law, Bob and Judy Cressler; and his brothers-in-law, Nathan Cressler and Ron Kesemeyer.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beulah Cemetery (740 S Country Club Dr, Colby, KS 67701).
