She was predeceased by : her parents, Adolph John Mazanec and Hedvicka Mazanec (Hattie); her husband Paul M Horinek, Sr.; her sons, Paul M. "Paulie" Horinek, Jr. and Joe A. "Joey" Horinek; and her siblings, Raymond J Mazanec, Ablin J Mazanec, Celestine "Sally" Seivert and James R "Jim" Mazanec.
She is survived by : her sister Rita Ann; her daughter-in-law Colleen Horinek (Joe); her grandchildren, Matt Horinek (Stacy), Sharon Towery (Jeff), Amie Horinek (Alex) and Austin Horinek; her great grandchildren, Derian Baker (Jordan), Brock Horinek (Sophia Burton), Braydon Horinek (Kaylyn Atkinson), Lauren Roemer (Justin), Korey Ladenburger, Kyler Semple and Lacey Horinek; and her great great grandchild Ruby Holm. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Paul Horinek Memorial Fund, to provide future generations with college and or technical training, and may be sent in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
