He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Urbanek and Margaret Urbanek (Schroeder); his brothers, Joseph Urbanek, Donald Urbanek, David Urbanek and Gary Urbanek; and his wife Cheryl Jimison.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Heskett (Paul) of Oakley, KS and Mitch Urbanek of Plainville, KS; and his sisters, Rosemary Rathbun of Ellsworth, KS, Theresa Richards (Les) of Sylvan Grove, KS and Valerie Urbanek of Houston, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
