He is survived by: his wife Nohora Bieber of Delray Beach, Florida; his son Jeff Bieber of Washington; his stepsons, Rod Williams and Scott Williams (Donnie) of Colby, Kansas; his brother Jim Bieber (Evelyn) of Lakewood, Washington; and his grandchildren, Brian Williams of Colby, Jeff Williams (Marcia) of Hoisington, Brandon Williams of Colby, Jami Weiss (Calvin) of Imperial, Kayla Spanel (Tom) of Gaffney and Jenessa Elling (Andrew) of Colby, Kansas.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
