He was predeceased by : his parents, Elvin Coulter and Wanda Coulter (Bretz); and his sister Sandra Coulter. He is survived by : his wife LuEllen Fuchs of Colby; his children, Lea Kaiser (Chris) of Park, KS and Reagan Coulter (Katie) of Colby; his grandchildren, Tacey, Dylan, Kaden Kaiser, Randon, Ryatt, Rynslee and Ridge Coulter; and his brother Kerry Coulter (Kim) of Topeka, KS..
