He is survived by : his mother Helen Mary Horinek (Mazanec); his children, Matt Horinek (Stacy), Sharon Towery (Jeff), Stephanie Mae (Randy) and Diana Flagg (Adam); his grandchildren, Derian Baker (Jordan), Brock Horinek (Sophia Burton), Braydon Horinek (Kaylyn Atkinson), Lauren Roemer (Justin), Korey Ladenburger, Kyler Semple, William "Clayton" Miracle, Ian Hawkins, Maggie Coss (Austin), Johnny and Jackson Remigio; and his great grandchildren, Ruby Holm and Colson Coss.
