She is survived by : her husband Dale Vap of Colby; her daughter Michele De Waal (Ian) of St. Francis, KS; her grandchildren, Clay De Waal, Coy De Waal, Bree De Waal and Shelby Shaffer (C. J.); her siblings, D. J. Nelson of Ludell, Jane McCain (Skip) of Atwood, KS and Joann Kania of Newbury, OH; and her nephews, Trent McCain of Colby, Zack of Newbury, OH. and Alex Kania of Newbury, OH..
