He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerette Edmundson (Musick) and James Edmundson; his siblings, Stephanie and Steven Edmundson; his parents-in-law, Jim and Mildred Barnhart; and his siblings-in-law, Harvey Barnhart and Kathy Edmundson.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryll Barnhart; his daughter Heather Scott (Aaron); his grandchildren, Brynley and Kye Scott; his siblings, Stuart (Nancy), Stacey (Sherri), Staley Edmundson (Tera) and Starla Williams (Fred); and his sisters-in-law, Darla Daniels (Dave) and Janet Barnhart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Colby United Methodist Church or NWKS Foundation for Hope, and mailed in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
