She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Warner and Vivian Warner (Graff). She is survived by : her husband Frank Jurek; her sons, Benjamin and Eric Jurek; her grandchildren, Jude and Luna Jurek; and her siblings, John Warner, Bonny Wingo, Linda Smith and Mary Warner.
