She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Frieda Marie Honeman (Huebner); her husband Bill Proctor; and her children, Cheryl Ann Proctor and William Edward Proctor, III.

She is survived by: her daughter Terri Lynn McDow (Ivan) of Woodward, Oklahoma; her brothers, Larry Honeman (Janice) of Pratt and Glen Honeman of Iuka; her grandchildren, Thomas McDow (Sarah) of Coldwater and Jessica Davis (Dayton) of Conway, Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Madi, Ryan Hensley, Joshua and Amelia Davis.
