He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Parcel and Lucy Parcel; his siblings, Daniel Owen Parcel (Bonnie Parcel) and Maxine Violet Sweeney Neas (Gene Neas); and his nephew Duane Owen Parcel.
He is survived by : his wife Mae B. Parcel; his children, Donna Johnson (Craig) of Aiken, SC and Dan Parcel of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Stephanie Morris (Caleb) of North Augusta, SC, Jeffery Johnson of Las Vegas, NV and Allison Johnson of Spartanburg, SC; his great grandchildren, Edgar, Steffanie, Cristian of Las Vegas, NV, Caroline and Jack of North Augusta, SC; his cousins, Pat Dunn and Jerry Sweeney; and his friend Gus Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
