She was predeceased by : her parents, E. C. "Slim" and Etta Creeden (Dye); her husband John Edward Deewall; her great grandchild Conner Taylor; and her siblings, Nita Sunderland, Joan Moore, Wanda West, Dorsey, Bob, Bill, Ben and Jack Creeden.

She is survived by : her former life partner George A. Edwards; her children, Michael Edwards (Nita) of Garden City, KS, Judy Lewallen (Dennis) of Cushing, OK, Debra Lindsay of Coldwater, KS and Diana Riner of Coldwater, KS; her stepdaughter Liz Smith (Troy) of Alva, OK; and her siblings, Mary Allingham of San Diego, CA and Jim Creeden (Gladys) of Sublette, KS. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
