She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Lee and Beulah Powell; her husband Joseph Charles Noel Jr.; and her sister Sharon Scott. She is survived by : her sons, Travis Noel (Christy Dohrman) and Justin Noel (Tonia); her siblings, Robert Powell (Vickey), Joe Cox of Guyman, OK, Karen Engroff (Bill), Trendle Barr (Randy) of Fairland, OK, Debbie Turnbough and Linda Factor (James); her grandchildren, Shane Noel, Courtney Altis, Jenna Noel, Grace Noel, Colby Altis, Hannah Noel, Cara Altis, Kip Noel and Charlee Noel; and her sisters, Angie Neftgzer and Trisha Price Osborn.
