He is survived by: his wife Calibrated Forms; his son-in-law Tracy; his children, Ron W. Amyx (Elizabeth) of Columbus, KS, Kim Brown (Tracy) of Columbus, KS and Tammy Perry (Chis Hood) of Tulsa, OK; his siblings-in-law, Billie Amyx of Texas and Bobby Gambrell of Texas; his brother James Amyx (Sherry) of Texas; his grandchildren, Matthew Rothwell Amyx (Anna Schumack), Justin Amyx (Michelle), Taylor Evans (Alex), Laney Brown and Kylee Perry; his great grandchildren, Jasper Amyx, Sebastian Rothwell, Amelia Rothwell, Amyx Evans, Blake Evans and Nash Evans; and his friends, Mark, Donna Winter and C. W. Betz.
