He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Norris and Vena Norris (Burton); his wife Patsy Larison; his sons-in-law, David Kalar and Brian Phelps; and his siblings, Vernon Norris (Junior), Jim Norris (Buck) and Mary Rohr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Ellis (Bob) of Oronogo, MO, Melanie Kalar (Mark Clark) of Columbus, KS and Michelle Phelps of Columbus, KS; his grandchildren, Brian Ellis of Kansas City, MO, Lindsay Kloer (Shaun) of Oronogo, MO and Ali Martinez (Devin) of Parsons, KS; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Drew, Grace Kloer, Kain and Maklynn Martinez; and his sister Nancy Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, donations be made to REViVE Hope for Health (formerly Brian Phelps Memorial Foundation) or Columbus First United Methodist Church.
