He is survived by : his son Jeffrey Mayfield (Casey) of Columbus; his sisters, Cheryl Luthi (late Mert) of Wichita and Karen Gloodt (Edward) of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and his nieces, Robin Luthi-Jones, Melissa Luthi-Placke, Valerie Gloodt and Kristi Nagode.
