With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Mae Lindsey of Columbus, Kansas, born in Soldier, Kansas, who passed away on April 28, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Proctor and Lorena Carey Proctor; her brother Arnold Proctor; and her son-in-law Tommie Turley. She is survived by : her husband Ronald Lindsey of Columbus; her daughters, LaDell Lindsey Turley and Janet Lindsey of Columbus; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Proctor of Topeka, Paul "PeeWee" Lindsey and Estela Ozuma of Hugo, Oklahoma; her nephews, David (Rebecca) of Shawnee, Kansas, Mark Proctor (Karen) of Shawnee, Kansas, Joel Lindsey (Jeania) and Jeff Lindsey (Katy); and her niece Laura Macuba (Jim).
