She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Martin and Nellie Martin (Pope); her husband Leonard Qualls; her sons, Douglas Qualls and William Qualls; her siblings, Kenneth Martin, Mary McCurdy, Freda Coble, Alfred Martin and Shirley Deckett; and her great grandchild Ian Qualls.
She is survived by: her son Robert Qualls; her siblings-in-law, Katherine Qualls, Doris, Bill Sweeton and Sanford Qualls; her daughters-in-law, Brenda Qualls and Rose Qualls; and her grandchildren, David Qualls (Katy), Sharon Willoughby (Reggie), Brian Qualls (Vahnia), Heather Hoban (Tim), Hunter Qualls, Jennifer Qualls, Brandon Qualls (Hallee) and Austin Qualls (Vanessa). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
