He is survived by: his daughters, Rachelle Rush (Tyler) of Jasper, MO and Renee Kirkwood (Hunter) of Columbus, KS; his grandchildren, Ella, Emrie, Wylder, Emelia, Wryder, Endie and Waylon; Angela Roth of Shell Knob, MO.
