He is survived by: his wife Mary Pat; his daughters, Lorie Johnson (Jason) of Columbus, Tracie Newberry (Kory) of Columbus and Karrie Carter (Donny) of Columbus; his brother Jon Burgan (Cheryl) of Weatherford, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Brylie, Briggs Johnson, Korbyn, Tymber Newberry, Gracyn, Emersyn and Kreed Carter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given to the Columbus Titan Wrestling.
