She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Boyes and Dorothy Boyes (Shanks); and her husband Mick Grant. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Houser (Todd) of Columbus, KS, Kyle Grant (Missy) of Flower Mound, TX and Darren Grant (Cara) of Blanchard, OK; her brothers, Steve Boyes (Sandye) of Liberty, MO and Dennis Boyes of Columbus, KS; and her grandchildren, Gavin Houser, Lexi Wingert (Keaton), Ahnna Grant, Keziah Grant, Tabitha Grant, Charis Grant, Aletheia Grant, Grace Grant, Justice Grant, Elijah Grant, Gabriel Grant and Sarah Grant.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Derfelt Funeral Home of Columbus (132 E Pine St, Columbus, KS 66725).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made payable to the American Diabetes Association, and may be left in care of the funeral home. Keep Sharon 's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
