She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Orth and Evelyn Orth; her husband Joe M. Jacobs; her son Craig Jacobs; and her siblings, Lorestine Hemberger, Joanne Hemberger, Roberta Bogner and Glenn Orth.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell J. Jacobs, Steve Jacobs, Dan Jacobs (Debby), Randy Jacobs, Tom Jacobs (Ann), Darlene Valentine (Dean), Evonne Gaylord (Tracy) and Kevin Jacobs (Malia). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Church of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 18218 W. Highway 54, Goddard, KS 67052.
