He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Floyd Ralls, Sr. and Vivian Mildred Ralls (Pryer); and his wife Cheryl Jayne Cessna (Buttle). He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Steichen (Steve) of Tecumseh, KS and Beth Bryant (Dan) of Derby, KS; his brother Joseph Floyd Ralls, Jr. of Wellington, KS; and his stepchildren, Donnie Cessna (Shannon) of Goddard, KS, Rick Cessna (Stacey) of Olathe, KS and Tammy Hilger (Kevin) of Nemo. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
