He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his children, Scott Campbell of Joplin, Jennifer Williams (Alan) of Kansas City and Heather Thimmesch (Steve) of Colwich; and his brother Mike Campbell (Jennifer). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 nephews; 1 niece.
