She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos P. Hebert and Rosella B. Hebert (Lanoue); her husband Michael R. Sulkosky; and her brother Dennis Hebert. She is survived by: her children, Rose Sulkosky, Rita Sulkosky of Tucson, AZ and Jared Sulkosky of Puyallup, WA..
