He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Peltier and Isabell Peltier (Schuetz); his in-laws, Kenneth and Garnett Rhine; his brothers, James and Max Peltier; his brothers-in-law, Don Wedel and Darwin Pelesky; and his niece Nicole Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Peterson (Rhine) of Concordia, Kansas; his children, Karla Barnhart of Salina, Kansas and Dana Peterson (Sherry) of Johnson Lake, Nebraska; his granddaughter Aniston Peterson of Johnson Lake, Nebraska.; his sisters, Regina Peltier (Tom Kiesler) of Clarksburg, Maryland, Elizabeth Wedel of Port Washington, Wisconsin and Mary Laroe (Steve) of Lynden, Washington; and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Peltier of Concordia, Kansas, LaDonna Peltier of Concordia, Kansas and Linda Friess (JD) of Thayer, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
