It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry E. Starr of Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses Starr and Nellie Starr (Kennedy); his siblings, Helen Norris, Wilma Monty, Kenneth Kennedy and William "Bud" Starr; and his son-in-law Lucas Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Starr of Concordia, KS; his children, Shawn Starr (Judy) of Concordia, KS, Angela Bloomer of Concordia, KS, Kristen Starr of Concordia, KS and Brandon Starr of Concordia, KS; his sister Carolyn "Jane" George (Howard) of Springdale, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Mildred Starr of McPherson, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Heather MacLean (Jeff), Christopher Moe (Ashley), Garrett Moe (Hilary), Jenna Krehbiel (Brandon), Bradley Starr, Madison Starr, Sadie Starr, Zaeley Garst, Zyker Starr, Zobrist Schmidt, Zeppelin Schmidt and Sterling Starr. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
