He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lee and Ona Mae Agnes Eustice (Teasley); his siblings, Scott, Eric and Amy; his sister-in-law Sandra Eustice; and his niece Stephanie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Meyers (David) of Prattville, AL, Brad (Mary) of Concordia, KS, Becky Wright (Charlie) of Beloit, KS, Michael (Vicky) of Concordia, KS, Douglas of Redlands, CA and Brian (Cynthia) of Junction City, KS; and his children, Jeremie (Kylie) of Salina, KS, Jason of Concordia, KS, Melissa Crump of Concordia, KS and Sarah of Salina, KS. He is also survived by grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, Saline County Home Health, or Gentiva Hospice of Salina.
