He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan Richard and Betty Jean Hicks I. (Clark); and his brothers, Larry and Robert Hicks. He is survived by: his sons, Olan Hicks III, Phillip Hicks, Joseph Hicks (Marrisa) and Dalton Hicks (Ashley); his sisters, Debbie Stewart and Bitsie Munoz; and his friend Cathy Studdard. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
