She was predeceased by: her parents, Dene "Dennie" Forton and Della Forton (Demanett); her husband Don; and her sister Anna Henderson. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Collins and Vida Romero of Lawrence, KS; her brother Leroy Fortin; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Ostrom (Larry) of Concordia, KS, Diane Sothers (Rodney) of Concordia, KS, Ronda Gumm (Jeff) of Concordia, KS and Karen Collins of Benton, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
