It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxana J. Marcotte (Concordia, Kansas), who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Benyshek and Matilda Benyshek (Klabzuba); her husband Laverne F. Marcotte; her sons, Laverne Eugene, Leland and Scott Marcotte; her sisters, Barbara and Ramona; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanette and Duane Marcotte.
She is survived by: her children, Annette VanNess of Traverse City, MI. and Steve Marcotte (Martha) of DeSoto, KS.; her grandchildren, Nicole VanNess-Rockwell (John) of Traverse City, MI., Dallas VanNess (Brytani) of Olathe, KS., Brandon Marcotte (Leah) of Olathe, KS. and Beth Marcotte; her great grandchildren, Khloe, Tenley Marcotte, Yani Arnberger, Frances and Benjamin Rockwell; her brother Calvin Benyshek; and her siblings-in-law, Kenny Marcotte (Christine) and Donna Pierce (Bob) of Clyde, KS.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
