He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie C. Chartier and Verda F. Chartier (Kelly); and his brother Larry Chartier (Carol). He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Chartier; his brother Dennis L. Chartier (Rhonda); and his sister-in-law Wanda K. Hancock (Maurice). He is also survived by one niece, 3 nephews, and many friends.
