He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Bolte; his children, Darrell Cook of Mineola, TX, Jeffery Cook and Venita Johnson (Randy); and his grandchildren, Brent Cook, Tricia Bragg (Walter), Brandon Cook, Reese Johnson (Bre), Shelby Clark (Johnny), Meghan Cook (Ethan Valcoure) and Kiana Griffiths (Jamaica). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
