She is survived by: her former husband Ronald James Welliver; her husband Michael Eugene Foster; her stepdaughter Tonee Marie; her daughters, Vanessa Lohf (Charles II) of Wichita, KS, Sarah Foster of Mt. Hope, KS and Tonee Zimmerman (Frank) of Edmond, OK; her siblings, Philip Ternes (Pam) of Dexter, MO, Allen Ternes (Patricia) of Wichita, KS, Tony Ternes (Anne) of Conway Springs, KS, Joyce Brown (Don) of Wichita, KS and Tina Chase of Dexter, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Gayle Ternes of Tulsa, OK, Judy Ternes of Wichita, KS, Lisa Ternes of Conway Springs, KS and Vic Struble of Conway Springs, KS. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and a number of other relatives and many friends.
A memorial has been established to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
