It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie D Finstad of Conway Springs, Kansas, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Orvetta "Diane" Finstad (Staley); his parents, Raymond Finstad and June Nighswonger-Smith; his stepfather J. A. Smith; and his grandson Braydin Ray Campbell.
He is survived by : his children, Thomas Finstad (Dana) of Conway Spring, KS, Christina Ellis of Oviedo, FL, Leslie Finstad, Jr. (Teresa) of Cheney, KS, Lesa Emond of Wichita, KS, Lance Emond (Melanie) of Wichita, KS and Lane Emond (Sheila) of Westfield, WI; his sister Sharon Rantin (Barry) of Hutchinson, KS; and his stepbrother Cliff Smith (Kathryn) of Conway Springs, KS. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
