James Milton O'Bleness Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Milton O'Bleness of Copeland, Kansas, born in Ashland, Kansas, who passed away on April 30, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Sarah Ernestine Ferguson O'Bleness; and his brothers, Gayle O'Bleness and Johnny O'Bleness. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Kay; his siblings, Marileen Kidder, Nora Sauer (Dwight) of Sterling, Danny Miller (Kathy), Arlen Miller and Carla Unruh (Bob); and his children, Lance O'Bleness, Karina Kornele and Neil O'Bleness. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and one great grandson.

Memorials are suggested to the Copeland Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
