It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrrell V. Barrett (Cottonwood Falls, Kansas), born in Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Barrett and Leona Barrett (Lister); and his brother Gary. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Selves; his children, Jesse Barrett (Ruth Ann) of El Dorado, Tyson Barrett (Krystal) of Santo, TX and Kristine Freudiger of Richland Hills, TX; his grandchildren, Kiara Barrett, McKenna Barrett, Brylan Barrett, Dylan Barrett and Tyler Freudiger; his sister Naomi Barrett of Wichita; and his pet Sammie. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
