She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Sisson and Jeff Sisson; and her sisters, Connie Rodriguez and Rebecca Ferguson. She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Williams (Melissa), Tabitha Barrett (Ray) and Anna Baggett (Eric); her grandchildren, Hunter, Melanie, Kyra, Faith, Baylee, Lyla, Bristol, Felicity, Brayden and Layne; her great grandchild Parker; and her siblings, Brenda Repp (Curtis) and Jeremiah (Sarah). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sawyer Chapel (137 N Union St, Council Grove, KS 66846).
Memorial contributions may be made to Council Grove Recreation and Event Center. (Please make checks payable to CGRD) In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you consider honoring Cindy's memory with a potted plant, as she always loved them.
