He was predeceased by: his father Dave L. Cullip; his stepfather Dennis O'Hara; and his grandparents, David, Lena Pitts, Walter and Ruth Kemp.
He is survived by: his mother Lu O'Hara (Pitts) of Council Grove, Kansas.; his siblings, Randi Beckett Jr. (Liz) of Peoria, Megan Wyatt (Keith) of Council Grove and Daniel Hoffer (Jessica) of Blair, Nebraska.; and his nieces and nephews, Shandra, Zach Beckett, Zephyr O'Hara, Mazzy, Hawkston Wyatt, Addelyn, Ryver and Rowan Hoffer. He is also survived by 1 Great Niece, and 3 Great Nephews, a plethora of cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.
