He was predeceased by: his father Ronald D. Moore; and his stepfather James D. Hosler (Susan). He is survived by: his mother Janet M. Hosler; his children, Derrick Moore (Emery) and Jensen Simons (Kevin); his brother Eric Moore (Tanya); and his granddaughter Luna Simons.
