He was predeceased by: his brother Marvin. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Tischhauser (Ward) of Council Grove; his children, Caryl Hale (Aaron Hale) of Norton, Kansas, John of Wilsey, Kansas and Scott of Council Grove, Kansas.; and his grandchildren, Starla, Allyson and Miles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
