She was predeceased by : her mother-in-law Kaylene Clark; her grandparents, Don, Freda Deeds, Fred and Darlene Schields; and her grandparents-in-law, Ray, Donna Clark and Ralph Sothers.

She is survived by : her parents, Brad Schields and Dana Schields; her husband Wes; her children, Jaxi, Kaydan and Lainey; her close friends, Brittany Schields, Lindsay Kling (Ryder) of Goodland and Whitney Bainter (Dylan) of Hoxie; her grandfather-in-law Beverly Sothers; her father-in-law Jack Clark; and her siblings-in-law, Thayne Clark (Lacey), Tyler Clark (Kirby) of Courtland and Kayce Mayer (Blake) of Council Grove, KS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Courtland United Methodist Church (308 Main St, Courtland, KS 66939). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at the Rosemound Cemetery.
