He is survived by: his children, Michelle Green (Lyle) of De Soto, Kansas and Charles Stephan (Rita) of Jefferson City, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kaytlyn Krause (Trent) of Lenexa, Mackenzie Littlefield (Levi) of De Soto, Kansas, Joshua Stephan (Sandra) of Jefferson City, Missouri and Kyle Stephan (Shelby) of Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the KC Pet Project in Kansas City, Missouri, to honor his memory.
