It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Chambers of Derby, Kansas, who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest White and Edith White. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Chambers; her sons, Doug Chambers (Jennifer), Brad Chambers (Melody) and Perry Chambers (Angie); her grandchildren, Amanda Poirier, Audra Jewell (Caleb), Jaime Chambers (Ben Rearick), Madison Chambers (Keely Brown), Randall Chambers, Ashton Chambers, Kyra Chambers, Elise Cravens (Nathan), Alexa Chambers and Ainsley Chambers; and her great grandchildren, Lucca Poirier, Lucas Jewell, Lydia Jewell, Lenox Jewell, Fiona Rearick and Camille Cravens.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Woodlawn United Methodist Church (431 S Woodlawn Blvd, Derby, KS 67037). A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
