He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Cowell and Grace Leverne Cowell; his wife Lula Bell Kustanborter; and his great grandchild Gracely Ann Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Randy Allen Cowell (Mary) of Wichita and Pamela Jean Cowell (Jim); his grandsons, Jeremy Cowell of Wichita and Jimmy Jr.; and his friends, Caldwell, Christel Gallant (Eric) of Medford, Victoria Kiel (Jon) of Clinton and Kali Deacon (Tracy) of Wellington, Kansas.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Caldwell City Cemetery (1631 S Sunflower Rd, Caldwell, KS 67022).
Memorials may be made to Schaeffer Mortuary to assist with funeral expenses and sent in care of the mortuary.
