She was predeceased by: her husband James Wilbur Lyle, Jr.; and her parents, Maxine L. Wagner and Ray Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Linda J. LaFleur (David), Michael E. Lyle (Elena), Mark D. Lyle and John E. Lyle (Julie). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with Colonial Oaks at Leawood, 5201 W. 143rd St., Leawood, KS 66224, to benefit the caregivers who cared for Fay for many years.
