He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold French Gibbon and Elizabeth Jane Gibbon (Harris); and his sister-in-law Bonita. He is survived by: his wife Janelle K. Gibbon; his children, Harold R., Joseph (Crystal Dawn), Crystal Evonne, Scott, John, Kelly and Carol (Tyler); his grandchildren, Tommy, Cora (Carol), Lily, Rose (Joseph) and Daxton (Scott); and his siblings, Kathryn, Jane, Kenneth (Lucia) and Dave.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harold's memory to support his favorite animal—the elephant, which he often mimicked while sharing his extensive collection of facts and stories.
