She is survived by : her husband Brian Smith of Derby Ks; her siblings, Philip Kopyscinski (Rhonda) of New Castle, OK and Judy Jerrell (Phillip) of Olivehurst, CA; her niece Christiana Albers (David) of Moore, OK; her nephew Philip John Kopyscinski (Tracie) of New Castle, OK; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Philip Wayne Kopyscinski, Elisha Kopyscinski, Emma and Thea Kopyscinski. She is also survived by her husband the love of her life, her family, her church family and her amazing friends.
