She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Cebula and Robert Cebula; her husband Larry; her daughters, Lori Hawkins, Linda Ashburn and Jill Koftan; her sister Madeline Gebauer; and her great grandchild Mason Shaw.
She is survived by: her stepfather Joe Kulpa. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
