He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David, Maxine Vanosdall, Juan and Christina Rincon. He is survived by: his parents, Nicholas Rincon and Diana Rincon (Vanosdall) of Dodge City; his wife Cynthia Rincon of Dodge City; his sisters, Erin Rincon of Dodge City and Erica Elling (Jeremy) of Dodge City; his stepdaughter Yuliana Cendejas; his siblings' children, Brandon Rincon, Joseph Rincon, Landon Elling, Layton Elling, Shaylee Rincon and Emilee Rincon; and his pets, Gizmo, Leah, Moose and Betty. He is also survived by three great nieces and 1 great nephew.

Memorials are suggested to SWKS Veterans Funeral Honors in care of the funeral home.
